Shipping

Every order is meticulously prepared and dispatched via reliable couriers such as DHL or FedEx — fully trackable until delivery at your doorstep. International deliveries are charged at checkout and will vary by destination.

Processing timeline:

• Orders are carefully packed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays).

International transit estimates:

• Europe & UK: 3–7 business days
• North America & Australia: 5–10 business days
• Rest of world: 7–14 business days

Your parcel will include a tracking number to follow each step. If customs delays arise or the courier cannot deliver, we’ll assist promptly.

Important: Import duties or VAT are the responsibility of the customer, as is common practice. We recommend checking local regulations before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Our footwear is crafted to timeless standards — but if your order does not meet your expectations, here’s what you need to know:

Eligibility:

• You may initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt.
• Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in pristine condition.

Defective or incorrect items:

• Should your shoes arrive damaged or incorrect, we will replace them at no charge upon receiving photographic proof and confirmation of defect.

Process:

1. Contact us via email or our website contact form with your order number and reason.
2. We'll provide detailed return instructions, including a shipping label where applicable. For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any duties or taxes.
3. Once the return arrives and is inspected, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 7–10 business days.

Refunds:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear.

Customs & Duties

Kindred Marvel ships Delivered at Place (DAP). This means:

• You pay only for your order and shipping at checkout.
• Any import fees (customs, duties, VAT) are borne by the customer upon delivery.
• Should you refuse a shipment due to customs charges, we will refund your order value minus any courier fees or taxes incurred — once the item returns safely to our warehouse.
